Hamilton Precision LLC, has 2 business units: One unit offers roll grinding, roll repair and equipment repair primarily for the paper and steel industries. In business for more than 60 years, we are the industry's quality choice for high-accuracy roll manufacturing and repair, and grinding and balancing of rolls and shafts of virtually all weights, sizes and compositions.

The second unit specializes in Blanchard grinding and oxy-fuel burning of steel plate for the metalworking and manufacturing markets. We have over 40,000 square feet of space, where we are also the exclusive distributor of Crossley Press parts for the refractory industry and an MDL distributor of ball bearing guiding component pins and bushings for the die set industry.

Oxy Fuel Burning

Hamilton Precision LLC specializes in clean burnouts up to 8 " thick. We take pride in our quality burnouts, quick quote turn-around and on time delivery. For faster turnaround time, we always stock A36 steel plate (96 " x 240 "), 1/4 " up to 6 " thick. We also have the ability to grind the materials in-house, if needed. Additional light machining services are available to machine parts complete for turnkey solutions - burning, grinding, welding, machining, milling, lathe, drilling and tapping. Our goal is to improve your lead time and reduce production cost.

Hamilton Precision LLC is the exclusive distributor of these hard to find parts, which are widely used in the refractory/ceramic/tile/brick/porcelain industries. We have original OEM blueprints on site. We also offer repairs to Crossley presses, spare parts, and engineering assistance.

MDL Distributor

Hamilton Precision LLC is a distributor of two styles of tooling components for the die set manufacturing market and independent tool and die set distributors and, in its 40,000 square foot facility with 15 ton crane capacity, can also build die sets complete with its oxy fuel burning and expert precision grinding capabilities.

We offer high quality ball bearing guiding components which are interchangeable with components from Danly & Lamina*:
